Southwest gift card or Southwest LUV Voucher
For Southwest tickets canceled within 24 hours of booking, you need to contact the Customer Service Department of the airline. If you've canceled your reservation after 24 hours, the Southwest gift card or Southwest LUV Voucher will be refunded as an eCredit fund for future travel.
Travel Fund
If a flight is booked with Business Select or Anytime fare, Southwest travel funds from the previous reservation will be refunded as travel funds for future travel.
